We keep the register current after the diagnostic hands it over. Each monthly report covers both sides: obligations met, and obligations that came due with nothing behind them. Every entry says what happens when its date passes — a violation, an outcome that takes effect by default, or a right that is forfeited. Twelve-month term. A deadline that passes with nothing filed produces no document, so those platforms have nothing to alert on, and an assumption can go stale without anyone being told. Primary research on location. Our researchers attend proceedings, hearings, and public events, obtain documents at the source, and record what was said, by whom, and in what order. Where an enacted text or a filed document exists, we check the account against it. Capacity scales with the window, and we can put researchers in three metros in the same week. Travel at cost.
A client commissions the research and receives it directly. GrayStak Media publishes on editorial judgment alone and produces no sponsored or commissioned journalism.
A working session on a record we already hold for you, with written follow-up. Additional sessions $2,500.
A single paid session with no engagement in place, booked directly or through an expert network. Network bookings are billed at the network rate.
A scored signal product built on the same record and sold to trading desks, priced per desk. It carries its own briefing.
Fees are indicative and confirmed in a scoping agreement. The diagnostic carries a fixed price so it can be judged on its own before anything standing is signed. Field research is usually commissioned inside a diagnostic or a standing engagement; the day rate applies when it is commissioned alone.
Scope is a subject area, not a company. Public record only, with no covert collection, no advocacy, and no representation before any agency.
A client holds no review rights over GrayStak Media, and coverage decisions are not visible to commercial functions before publication. If GrayStak Media develops reporting in which the client is a subject, the engagement ends and the reporting continues.
The client owns the deliverables. GrayStak retains the method. Consultations are screened against active reporting before they are accepted.
